We have a team drive, especially for managerial stuff

Category folders for article submissions, if its an OP-Ed then make sure its tagged as a opinion piece

WordPress (Article Submission) (tag the correct topic etc.) 

Email karlovainmedia.cz@gmail.com to submit the article, section editors will then move it into the drive accordingly and assign further edits (If necessary) 

1 Post per section every week
